Andrew Fischer co-founded FWI in October 2021 and specializes in industrial brokerage in Kansas City and surrounding areas. With more than 17 years of industrial brokerage experience, Mr. Fischer is responsible for tenant and landlord representation as well as representation of buyer and sellers for investment opportunities. He has extensive experience in the Kansas City Metropolitan area as well as regional and national markets.

Experience

Mr. Fischer began his career in the Kansas City real estate market in 2005 and has represented multiple local and publicly traded companies. As a graduate of William Jewell College, Mr. Fischer has grown his network throughout the years and prides himself on adding value to his clients by either making or saving them money. Mr. Fischer is originally from St. Louis and continues to handle all transactions on behalf of FWI in the St. Louis market.
